About the Role
As a TikTok Live Presenter, you will host live shopping sessions from our Manchester studio. You will introduce products, explain their features, demonstrate how they are used and respond to questions from viewers in real time.
The role involves presenting products in categories including fashion, lingerie, shapewear and beauty. Applicants should therefore be comfortable discussing matters such as product fit, sizing, materials, styling and functionality in a professional and inclusive manner.
Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. Previous livestreaming experience is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok Shop livestreams from our Manchester studio.
- Introduce and demonstrate products accurately in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Clearly explain product features, materials, sizing, fit and intended use.
- Read and respond to viewer comments and product-related questions during live sessions.
- Create a professional, welcoming and interactive environment for viewers.
- Follow approved product information, promotional guidance and studio procedures.
- Work with studio operators and other team members to maintain a smooth broadcast.
- Prepare for scheduled sessions by reviewing product information and campaign details.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance for agreed shifts.
- Support performance objectives while communicating honestly and responsibly with viewers.
Typical Shift Times
- Morning shift: 07:00–13:00
- Evening shift: 18:00–00:00
Shifts are agreed in advance according to business requirements and availability. Weekend availability is required for this position.
Candidate Requirements
- Clear and fluent spoken English sufficient to explain products and respond to customer questions during live broadcasts.
- Confident and professional communication style on camera.
- Reliable, punctual and able to attend agreed on-site shifts.
- Able to communicate product information clearly and accurately.
- Comfortable interacting with viewers and responding to questions in real time.
- Able to manage several tasks during a live session, including presenting products, reading comments and following studio instructions.
- An interest in fashion, lingerie, shapewear, beauty or social commerce.
- Previous experience in livestreaming, retail sales, presenting, acting, customer service or content creation is desirable but not essential.
- Eligible to work in the UK. Evidence of the right to work will be requested before employment begins.
