At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment. This role will be working in our Long Life Chill area , the Temperature is 0 - 5 Degrees. The Start time for this shift is 4AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Select products accurately to meet picking targets
- Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
- Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)

- Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role
- Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock
