Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the effective operation of our organisation. Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Support staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service standards to clients or students.
- Organise and oversee programmes or activities, ensuring they meet organisational objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support teaching initiatives where applicable, contributing to curriculum development or training sessions.
- Handle customer or client enquiries professionally, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
