Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized store layouts and ensure merchandise displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, stock ordering, and reporting to ensure smooth store functioning
- Cultivate strong communication channels within the team to promote collaboration, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer interaction
- Monitor sales performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
Skills
- Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with a track record of supervising teams effectively
