Multi Skilled trades person.
Experience working in social housing and housing association properties would be an advantage.
Experience:-
- Removing and fitting kitchens
- Fitting door frames/ doors/ windows
- Installing timber floors including joist
- Installing frames and boarding for partitions
- General joinery repairs.
- Assisting various trade operatives. on a day to day basis.
- Installing damp proof membranes, plaster boarding walls & ceilings
- To include small plumbing, tiling, and other associated tasks.
You should be reliable and have good communication skills, have your own tools and transport.

Pay: £38,400.00-£45,000.00 per year
