We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of our AST portfolio. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and know how to keep tenants, landlords, and contractors happy, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do: Manage a residential portfolio Handle rent, fees, and payments Coordinate maintenance and inspections Oversee check‑ins, check‑outs, and deposits Keep all compliance and safety certifications up to date Support lettings admin and ensure regulatory compliance
What you’ll bring: Excellent communication Strong legal and H&S knowledge Great IT skills Proven customer service experience Calm, organised, and proactive approach Team player who can also work independently Driving licence desirable
Experience - 2 years required
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
