Electrical Compliance/Contract Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking to appoint an Electrical Compliance/Contract Officer on an interim basis for an initial 3-6 month contract. This role predominantly office based but can offer flexibility.
Electrical Compliance/Contract Officer – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Provide technical support to the compliance team to enable a robust management of the electrical service and maintenance contractors to ensure agreed standards are achieved, service reports are technically validated while ensuring value for money, environmental sustainability, and full statutory compliance.
- Responsible for managing ICR projects, analysing contractor performance.
- Use insights from Health, Safety and Building Compliance information to identify emerging risks, anticipate future requirements and inform the prioritisation and delivery of planned works.
Electrical Compliance/Contract Officer – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Professional qualification in an electrical related area is desirable.
- High level of knowledge in relation to housing association compliance services, regulation, and best practice.
