Overview
We are seeking an experienced and personable Senior Spa Receptionist to join our luxury spa team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Senior Spa Receptionist will also oversee basic merchandising tasks and assist with the daily operation of The Holte Spa
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns via phone and in person
- Upsell spa services, retail products, and memberships to maximize client engagement
- Supervise front desk operations, including supervising other reception and Spa Therapists team when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area,thermal area and spa garden including merchandising and replenishing retail products
- Assist with retail sales, ensuring proper display of products and inventory management
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards and professional communication at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a spa or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering and upselling
- Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client interactions effectively
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the Holte Spa brand standards
