We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our established team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The successful candidate will be integral to creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly including opening door and pulling chair out.
- Take orders accurately using our EPOS system
- Make drinks and take to table and run food as required
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Assist with pot washing if needed, and all other cleaning duties you'd expect in a small family operated business
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, particularly food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth restaurant operations during service hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is essential. This is not a trainee position.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in cocktail or barista work is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and evenings as required
- Flexible approach to work - whether coming in early, staying later or leaving earlier

Pay: Up to £12.85 per hour
