We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and correspondence both physically and electronically for Sales , Purchasing , Compliance & Production
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, 365, Google Workspace, and Sage
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
- Handling administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes and basic bookkeeping functions
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
- Providing general administrative support to team members as required
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management best practices
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
