Home every evening and every weekend. No 10pm call-outs, no living out of your van, and the ability to earn more.
This Domestic Gas Engineer role has all of that...
We're a family-run business, and it was our own time in the military that shaped how we do things. Time away from the people who matter is time you don't get back, so we built Hayes around family first.
As a plumbing and heating engineer you’ll be doing services, boiler breakdowns, installs and general plumbing covering the Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester areas, so you’ll be close to home rather than stuck on the motorway, working Monday to Friday and finishing in time for dinner.
The person who books the jobs and the person who turns up actually know each other and no one is a number, communication is everything within our team.
We're growing, months booked out in advance, our customers trust us and come back time and time again. For the right engineer joining Hayes means continuous work, opportunities to progress whether into leadership or further qualifications and on top of your salary we offer private healthcare, a boiler bonus and a review bonus.
