Join #TeamDA as a Payroll Assistant Trainee
Are you organised, accurate and keen to build a career in payroll?
We are looking for a Payroll Assistant Trainee to join our friendly and supportive Payroll team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong numeracy skills, good attention to detail and a genuine interest in learning how payroll works in practice.
You will be supported by an experienced team while working with a varied portfolio of clients, helping to ensure payrolls are processed accurately, deadlines are met and clients receive excellent service.
Experience in payroll would be helpful, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to developing a long term career.
About the role
As a Payroll Assistant Trainee, you will assist with the management of a varied client payroll portfolio, helping to deliver an accurate, efficient and high quality payroll service.
This is a hands on trainee role where you will learn how payroll works in practice, while being supported by an experienced and friendly team. You will gain experience across weekly, monthly and annual payrolls, pensions, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) submissions and client communication.
You will not be expected to know everything from day one. You will be given support, training and guidance to help you grow in confidence and develop your technical knowledge.
Joining #TeamDA means becoming part of a professional, friendly and ambitious business where you will be encouraged to learn, ask questions and develop your skills. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to delivering excellent client care and supporting each other to achieve high standards.
