Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide warm, helpful support to customers
- Handle a wide range of enquiries with a calm, positive, solutions-focused approach
- Multitask effectively while keeping the day organised and running smoothly
- Work closely with the Director, supporting diary management and general admin
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly tone

- Positive, upbeat, and able to stay composed during busy periods
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative
- Reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently when needed
