Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 17:00pm, 37.5 hours per week

In this role, you will:
· You will provide High Intensity Therapy in one or more modalities.
· You will accept referrals via agreed protocols within the service.
· You will be assessing patients for suitability for psychological interventions.
· You will undertake patient-centred interviews which identify areas where the patient wishes to see change and/or recovery and make an accurate assessment of risk.
· You will formulate, implement and evaluate high intensity treatments for patients.
What you’ll need—and be able to provide evidence for:
- Qualification from high intensity course for adults in the modality required by the service, either: - High intensity CBT - High Intensity PCE-CfD - High Intensity IPT - High Intensity DIT.
- Full accreditation with BABCP.
- Proven experience in perinatal loss/trauma.
- Demonstrable experience of working in mental health services.
- Experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating key competences as outlined in Roth & Pilling competency framework.
- Experience of successfully treating a range of presenting problems with high intensity therapy in line with NICE.
