We’re on the lookout for a talented Duty Manager to join our team at The Tallyman.

What You’ll Do:
· You’ll always lead your team by example, promoting professionalism and a strong team culture.
· Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by creating a welcoming environment and addressing feedback.
· Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in developing strategies to improve guest and team experiences.
· Promote collaboration by organising regular meetings and appraisals for the management team and front-of-house staff.
· Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
· Work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support talent development within the business.
· Be knowledgeable about our suppliers, products, and our brand.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the quality of our dishes.
· Support with admin tasks, such as scheduling, stock management and recruitment.
· Ensure team trainings are completed in a timely manner, in order for food safety regulations to maintain a 5-star EHO rating.
· Oversee daily site maintenance issues, reporting and addressing concerns promptly.
About you:
· Passion and knowledge of pubs, good beer and food and great customer service.
· An appetite to learn and progress with our ever-expanding business.
· Experience working as a Duty Manager within a busy pub or restaurant.
· Calm under pressure, a great eye for detail and a team motivator.
· Flexible approach to work.
· Full UK right to work documents.
