Salary:£27,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
Purpose of Role
We are looking for a Sustainability & Packaging Compliance Coordinator to support our commitment to responsible and sustainable product development across global markets.
In this role, you will ensure that packaging data, recycling information, and environmental declarations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with international sustainability schemes. You will play a key role in helping our products and suppliers meet sustainability standards while supporting responsible packaging across our product range. <button>

Working closely with Compliance, Product, Design, and Commercial teams, you will help track, manage, and improve packaging sustainability data while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Manage packaging sustainability and waste compliance submissions across global markets.
Maintain accurate databases containing packaging material composition and recyclability data.
Coordinate and approve recycling and environmental logos on packaging artwork.
Review product samples to verify packaging compliance, labelling accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
Collect and verify sustainability and packaging data from suppliers and internal teams.
Track compliance against customer and regulatory sustainability requirements.
Monitor global packaging and sustainability regulations and communicate updates internally.
Support continuous improvement of packaging sustainability processes and data accuracy.
Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance is considered early in product development.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good Excel and Outlook skills with the ability to manage and analyse large datasets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately.
Interest in sustainability, environmental compliance, or responsible packaging.
Experience with packaging compliance schemes such as OPRL, ARL, WEE, Cyclos, or CITEO.
Previous experience in compliance, sustainability, or supply chain roles.
Knowledge of packaging materials and recyclability.
