We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our friendly and dynamic team in our Brighton store.

We have two positions available:
Full-Time Position
- 5 days per week
- 9:00am–5:30pm
Weekend / Part-Time Position
- Saturdays and Sundays
- With the possibility of additional weekday hours
No previous jewellery experience is necessary — full training will be provided. However, a genuine interest and passion for jewellery is essential.
As this is a busy retail environment, availability during the Christmas and holiday period is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide a friendly, personalised shopping experience.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their individual jewellery needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable information about our jewellery, including materials, designs and care instructions.
- Assist customers with selecting, trying on and purchasing jewellery.
- Maintain attractive, well-presented and fully stocked displays.
- Help with merchandising and ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Create engaging content for our social media channels.
- Work as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
- With experience and training, take on additional responsibilities, including becoming a key holder and supporting the store when management are away.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate and enthusiastic about jewellery.
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Naturally comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport.
- Well organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a busy retail environment.
- Motivated to learn and develop their sales skills.
- Confident using social media and interested in creating content.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Previous retail, sales, jewellery or luxury-goods experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
