Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team of enthusiastic individuals. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the craft beer, possess strong leadership skills, and exhibit a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of bar and kitchen staff in absence of GM and AM.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the bar during service hours, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the venue, including the bar, kitchen, and cellar.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
