Looking to step up in your culinary career? We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a 32-hour seasonal contract through to September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own section, work alongside experienced chefs, and be part of a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.

Take responsibility for your section, ensuring high-quality food standards
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our specifications
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to keep service running smoothly
Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Support team members and step up when needed
Experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
Passion for food and attention to detail
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to stay organised and perform under pressure
