Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and body therapies with precision and care
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on skincare and beauty routines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Educate clients about products and aftercare to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their expectations and deliver personalized beauty solutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
- Skilled in , skincare techniques, waxing, nails and other beauty services
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field.
