This is a Mobile Cleaning role with Godfrey Group Facilities, for sites including Adra Housing Association and Grwp Cynefin.
The roles includes 40 hours per week at £12 per hour.
You will work Monday to Friday, travelling to various communal living sites in the Pwllheli and Meirionnydd (Blanau, Barmouth) area as well as North East Wales to conduct the communal cleans.
You will require a full UK Driving Licence and a DBS check, which can be provided by us. You will be provided with a Company van and company mobile, for business use only.
You have 28 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays).
Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings for Adra, a housing association. Sites vary from offices to communal areas in sheltered housing.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
