Role: Seasonal Warehouse Assistant
Location: Bristol
Contract: Part-time,Full Time,Temporary
Salary: Real Living Wage
Contract: 3 Months - October 2026 to December 2026 (Role holders will need to be available over the Christmas period)
We are seeking passionate music lovers who enjoy connecting with people to support operations behind the scenes at one of the world's most iconic record stores.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Picking & Packing orders to required standards.
Requires the capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day, which includes performing repetitive motions necessary for order picking and packing.
Receiving & sorting deliveries from suppliers.
Filing and accurately preparing stock.
Shipping orders through our carriers.
Customer Service. (Speaking with customers online & on the phone to resolve issues).
Stock control to maintain an accurate inventory.
Maintaining a clean & organised work environment.
The ideal candidate should be organised, hardworking, confident, trustworthy, diligent, and reliable, and should also possess the following skills and experience:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure
Some experience working in a similar role, preferably dealing with vinyl records
Self motivated
Experience with Shopify and warehouse inventory systems
We are open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a must and additional availability during busy trading periods may be required.
