Role Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
- Maintain a positive, focused classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support pupils in staying on task and completing set work
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
Requirements
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confident working with young people aged 11–16
- A passion for education and helping students succeed
- Previous school experience or a degree (desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
