Job Summary
A lovely family based just outside Knutsford is seeking an experienced and reliable cleaner to support the smooth running of their home on a part-time basis. 6 hrs a week.
Duties
- General housekeeping throughout the home.
- Dusting
- Mopping
- Deep cleaning
- You must be fit and able to clean skirting boards, reach for cobwebs, clean large pieces of glass with a can do attitude.
- Ironing
- Good work ethic is a must
- Maintaining high household standards
Ideal Candidate
- Previous housekeeping experience in a private household is a must
- Discreet, reliable, and professional
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and trustworthy.
- We are not looking for some to do toilet roll origani, but we are looking for someone to leave no stone unturned who wipes every surface, shelf, ledge and switch sparkling clean.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including dusting, hoovering, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans periodically to uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience is a must.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. You must be fit and healthy.
- Hard working individual who doesn’t cut corners.
- Provide references
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
