We are seeking a friendly and professional Photo Booth Operator to join our team. This role involves managing and operating photo booth equipment at various events, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Duties
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot photo booth equipment during events to ensure smooth functioning throughout.
- Assist guests with using the photo booth, providing guidance and support to enhance their experience.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the photo booth area before, during, and after events.
- Handle digital images and ensure they are saved securely for guests to access later.
- Collaborate with event organisers to coordinate timings and specific requirements for each occasion.
- Ensure all equipment is properly packed away and secured at the end of each event.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure smooth operation of equipment and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during busy events.
- Basic technical skills to troubleshoot common issues with photo booth technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
