Your working arrangements will be flexible, based on the needs of the role, our customers and your preferences (agreed with your manager). Our offices are in Seaham and Bishop Auckland, and this role will require an on-site presence for part of the week.
The Customer Engagement Coordinator will work to support the development and delivery of a first-class Engagement service that supports customers to shape and influence service delivery across believe housing. You will take responsibility for supporting the development, implementation and review of a clear, client focussed performance management framework.
You will play a key role in the development of our customer surveying offer ensuring that the customer voice plays a key role in the influence and development of service provision across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the collection of customer satisfaction feedback and customer led service improvement through a variety of mechanisms including surveying, customer focus groups, pop up engagement, and workshops
- liaising with customers to understand their experiences and feelings towards believe housing, using this information to shape service delivery within believe
- working with commissioning services to understand how findings have been used and understand how this has actively shaped service level improvements
- become the organisation’s satisfaction, monitoring expert by developing, maintaining and managing a series of appropriate of both reactive and transactional questions sets, satisfaction methods and activity
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
