The Role
Currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering commercial and industrial sites throughout Leicester and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and repair work across a variety of refrigeration systems. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to join a busy and established company offering strong earning potential through regular overtime.
Key Responsibilities
· Service, maintenance and reactive breakdown support on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
· Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of refrigeration equipment
· Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
· Attending customer sites and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
· Completing service reports and associated paperwork accurately
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
· Providing a professional level of customer service while representing the company
· Participating in an on-call rota where required
Requirements
· Proven experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer within commercial and/or industrial refrigeration
· F-Gas qualified
· Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
· Experience working on refrigeration plant, cold rooms, packs, CO₂ systems or associated equipment advantageous
· Full UK driving licence
· Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
