A little more about the role…
This is an exciting opportunity to join our brand-new Renewables Team! As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement, helping homeowners install renewable products such as Home Battery Storage that help them save on their energy bills. This role is focused on both outbound and inbound, with a big focus on proactively outbound calling pre-qualified leads. You’ll thrive in this role if you can:
- Make outbound calls and reach out to existing clients to explain the benefits of Home Battery Storage
- Engage customers via phone and email to understand their needs
- Qualify customer opportunities and recommend suitable Home Battery Systems
- Proactively manage your own customer accounts, including follow-ups and callbacks
- Handle objections and guide customers to the best solutions
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Location - Padiham (with great transport links).
Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week, (Operating hours between 9am-6.30pm)
We are looking for someone:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and confident
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
