We're now looking for a Class 1 Shunter to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Experienced yard shunter using a Terberg also also RDC deliveries
Days available on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts - additional shifts paid at time and a half
Enjoy working as part of a successful team
Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Candidates MUST have shunting experience
Candidates MUST hold a valid LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Driving licence
Excellent communication and team working with other yard shunters and the transport team
Flexible to additional shifts to cover peak periods, holiday, sickness etc....
Brand new tug units so pride in your vehicle is required
