Job Summary

Duties
- Serve beverages / craft cocktails to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take drinks orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including setting up tables and clearing used items
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Assist in organising reservations and seating arrangements as needed following Restaurant Manager guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards
- Provide friendly advice on menu options and promote specials or promotions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
- Proven BAR experience in hospitality, is essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment, busiest restaurant of the group
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and attentiveness
