Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Apprentice Teaching Assistant to the team at Woodbridge Road Academy from September 2026. While this role is being advertised as an apprenticeship, we are also advertising this position for an experienced Teaching Assistant role.

The position
We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils' behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, patient, and hardworking approach to work will be required with the ability to work as part of a team.
