Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to support our human resources team in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for healthcare professionals, ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to begin work as quickly as possible. You will act as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare candidates.
- Request, monitor and verify all compliance documentation, including Right to Work, DBS checks, references and professional registrations.
- Liaise with candidates to ensure all required documentation is received promptly.
- Coordinate occupational health clearances and mandatory training where required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using the company's recruitment database.
- Ensure all compliance procedures meet company policies and industry regulations.
- Work with Recruitment Consultants to ensure candidates are onboarded efficiently.
- Chase outstanding documentation and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Produce onboarding reports and maintain compliance records.
- Respond to candidate queries professionally via telephone and email.
- Support the wider recruitment team with administrative duties as required.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional, approachable and customer-focused.
- Competent using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within recruitment, administration, onboarding or compliance.
- Experience within healthcare recruitment or the healthcare sector.
