We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Trinity Lodge. Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Part-Time Care Assistant – Days (2 Positions)
- 21 hours per week
- 3 shifts per week
- Alternate weekends
- Shift times: 7:15am – 2:45pm and 2:15pm – 9:45pm (mixture of early and late shifts)
Part-Time Care Assistant – Nights (1 Position)
- 19 hours per week
- 2 night shifts per week
- Alternate weekends
- Shift time: 9:15pm – 7:45am

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll support residents with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, daily routines, and meaningful activities, while creating a warm and welcoming environment where people feel safe, respected, and valued.
No two days are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where you'll build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
