Community Support Worker
Location: Grange-over-Sands, Cartmel, Flookburgh and surrounding South Cumbria areas
Pay: £15.50–£18.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Your role
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, including:
- Personal care and dignity support
- Medication assistance
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and social interaction
- Shopping and accompanying clients into the community
- Light household tasks
- Dementia and specialist care
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Accurately recording visits using our digital care system

Essential requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Experience
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.
We provide a comprehensive induction, paid training, shadowing and ongoing development, so if you're new to care, we'll support you every step of the way.
