Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team on a self employed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic painting and decorating and have own tools and mode of trans . This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes/ plastering as necessary
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting
- English language is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driving licence
- Own mode of transport
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Own tools are preferred
