The RoleAs a key part of the overnight clinical team, you will ensure the safety and comfort of a young client through:
- Advanced Clinical Care: Managing tracheostomy care, BiPAP ventilation, oxygen monitoring, and open suctioning.
- Nutritional Support: Managing PEG/JEG feeding and precise medication administration.
- Emergency Management: Vigilant seizure monitoring and administering rescue medication/emergency protocols when required.
- Family Support: Building professional, trusting relationships with the family while maintaining clear boundaries.
What We Need From You
- Proven Experience: A solid, verifiable background in paediatric complex care.
- Advanced Clinical Skills: Hands-on competence with tracheostomies, BiPAP, and enteral feeding is essential.
- Reliability: A deep commitment to permanent night shifts and providing consistent care.
