Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling entrees
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with various cooking equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

Schedule:
- Day shift Hours between 5am to 11pm any 5 of 7 days
- Must be available at weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bournemouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 3 years (preferred)
