Our client are a successful security company who specialise in security/access control systems to some of the largest utility companies across the UK as part of the national grid technology framework.
Role Responsibilities -
- Managing day to day site works/activities
- Ensuring excellent standards of health and safety, quality and efficiency at all times
- Ensure that all works are installed and executed in accordance with the works specification
- Reporting health and safety defects/incidents/accidents to the health and safety director
- Ensure that company management systems and processes are adhered to
Essential experience -
- Proven background in a perimeter security/access control installation, service or maintenance role is essential
- Willing to travel and work away from home
- Willing to participate in an out of hours call out rota (approx 1 in 8)
- Use of digital volt meter and insulation tester
- Mechanical and electrical/electronic fault finding
- Completion of precise engineering reports
- Ordering of components and equipment where required
- Relevant experience and tickets
