Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Operations & Customer Service Advisor to join our Operations and Customer Service team.
As front line roll the Operations & Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for trade and distribution customers, end users and internal departments, ensuring that orders are inputted and processed accurately, order fulfilment, associated enquiries and general support are handled professionally and efficiently while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities
- To ensure all end user /dealer / distributor / online questions, enquiries and orders are processed in accordance with company processes.
- Entering incoming sales orders from phone, email and EDI, allocating stock and sending item fulfilments to the warehouse.
- Liaise with UK end-users, UK retailer customers, International distributors, sales team members and the warehouse by phone, email and EDI to ensure the company delivers the best customer service
- Process and invoice online orders from various sales channels for dispatch from the warehouse, UK office and UK office stock control.
- Liaise with 3-PL warehouses on any reported Customers Order discrepancies.
- Maintain daily and month-end operational processes
- General office duties i.e. answering the door, receiving and distributing post, greeting guests.
Requirements/Experience
- 1 – 2 Years Customer Service experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office mainly Excel / Outlook, NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Fluent English essential.
- Work Location: Hybrid-remote in Wolverhampton.
- Salary: Band 1 - Up to £27,000.
Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
