UK University Search are one of the largest providers of student fairs in Britain. We run large scale events for students looking to make the right education and career choices. Our fairs take place at locations such as Tottenham Hotspur, the Emirates, Old Trafford, and Anfield Stadiums, and at various universities including Lancaster, Sheffield, Kent and Surrey. We also provide websites and communicate with our database of students and teachers to help them stay informed about higher education and apprenticeship opportunities. We are a small and friendly, rapidly expanding company.
Summary of role
Your key role would be to recruit students to attend our events by emailing and liaising with schools and colleges.
The job would suit a recent graduate or school leaver. Previous experience is not necessary but we do require excellent communication skills and written English. We are looking for a motivated, hard working and enthusiastic individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with schools and colleges via email and social media to bring students to the events
- Maintain a relationship with existing clients
- Help in running the events on the day with the rest of the team.
- Meetings with schools and colleges as well as site visits
- Helping coordinate recruitment strategies
- Updating social media
Desirable Criteria:
- A grasp of the UK secondary school system, higher education and apprenticeship market in the UK.
- Producing blog and content for our websites and brochures
- Any knowledge of emailing systems such as Mailchimp
- Interest in social media

- Must be proficient using Word and Excel.
Working hours are 9-5, full time Monday to Friday. Two days per week can be working from home. We are based in Islington, North London.
