About the Role
Midajo Manufacturing and Compliance Services is looking for an organised and dependable Site Coordinator to support day-to-day site activities, contractor coordination, documentation, scheduling, and operational administration.
This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a busy manufacturing or industrial environment, coordinating multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and support operational schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, visitors, contractors, and work requests.
- Assist with contractor inductions and site access arrangements.
- Monitor planned maintenance, inspections, and scheduled site works.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and administrative records.
- Coordinate communication between operations, maintenance, contractors, and management teams.
- Track outstanding site tasks and follow up on completion dates.
- Support the scheduling of deliveries, maintenance visits, and contractor work.
- Maintain records relating to permits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Assist with health and safety documentation and routine site checks.
- Ensure required paperwork is completed before scheduled work begins.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with site information.
- Support incident, maintenance, and inspection reporting.
- Monitor site supplies and coordinate requests for operational materials.
- Assist with meetings, site briefings, and administrative preparation.
- Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems.
- Escalate operational issues or delays to the appropriate team.
- Support continuous improvements in site coordination and administrative processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in site coordination, manufacturing administration, facilities support, operations, construction administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Coordination Skills: Able to organise multiple site activities, contractors, appointments, and operational priorities.
Administrative Skills: Strong ability to maintain accurate documentation, records, schedules, and reports.
Attention to Detail: Able to check documentation carefully and identify missing or inconsistent information.
Systems Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, spreadsheets, databases, and general business systems.
Organisation: Able to manage competing priorities, recurring deadlines, and scheduled site activities.
Communication: Confident communicating with contractors, site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
Problem Solving: Able to identify operational issues, follow up on outstanding actions, and support practical resolutions.
Safety Awareness: Understands the importance of following site procedures and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.
Mindset: You are organised, dependable, practical, and proactive. You take ownership of site coordination tasks, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and reliable operational support.
Pay: £2,800.00-£3,000.00 per month
