Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced bartender/supervisor to join our tribe . The ideal candidate will possess cocktail making skills and a passion for food and drink. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality and service while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Duties
- preparing drinks
- making coffees
- ensuring bar is kept clean
- Assist in cocktail prep, drinks and serving food
- Serving food and waiting on tables
- Line cleans
- opens and closes
- Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure seamless service during events.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise within the team or during service promptly.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality role within a restaurant setting would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant duties.
- the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- A passion for the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
