We are seeking a highly organised and professional Lettings Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support within our lettings department, ensuring smooth communication between clients, tenants, and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate records using industry-standard software. Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings using Yardi or similar property management software
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist with the organisation of viewings and appointments for prospective tenants
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain comprehensive records of lettings activities
- Support the team with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to maximise rental opportunities
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies
- Provide excellent phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients and tenants
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement
Requirements
- Proven experience with office administration or in a similar role within the property sector is desirable
- Familiarity with Yardi or comparable property management software is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling services is advantageous
- Administrative experience including document management and correspondence handling is essential
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
