Purpose
Working as part of the Project & Maintenance Team, based in Seal Sands. The primary role of a Job Step Planner is to receive instruction from the client, scope and plan tasks for Maintenance, Projects and STO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Always comply with Company safety requirements and standards
- Good understanding of Excel
- Job step tasks from start to finish, this includes understanding the scope or speaking to the client to understand the scope
- Familiar with piping specifications
- Going on site taking photographs and uploading onto the Job Card with a description of the work and the trades that would be required
- Scope materials and add to Job Card
- Create like-for-like drawings using VISIO
- Raise technical queries
- Attend planning and scheduling meetings
- Communicate to key stakeholders as appropriate
- Understanding of SAP - Preferred

- Willingness to be flexible and committed to the operational safety
- Required to support out of normal working hours when required

- CCNSG Safety Passport - Essential

- Punctual and excellent time management record - Essential
- Trade background - Preferred
- Experience of working on a Petrochemical, Oil and Gas site - Preferred
