Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Systems Auditor / ISO Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead and conduct comprehensive audits of management systems across various industries, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) & ISO27001 ( Information Security Management System).
Your expertise will help organizations enhance their processes, improve quality assurance practices, and achieve certification milestones. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational excellence through meticulous assessment, strategic guidance, and proactive consulting.
Duties
- Plan, prepare, and execute management system audits to evaluate compliance with relevant ISO standards and client requirements.
- Identify gaps in processes, documentation, and practices; provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Lead client consultations to clarify standards requirements and support the development of effective management systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments of quality assurance procedures to ensure they meet industry best practices and regulatory demands.
- Document audit findings accurately, prepare detailed reports, and present results to clients with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist organizations in maintaining ongoing compliance by offering guidance on corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on evolving ISO standards, industry trends, and regulatory changes to deliver current and relevant expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in conducting management systems audits or consulting within ISO frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 & ISO27001
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices across diverse sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate audit findings and facilitate client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications such as Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or ISO 14001) are highly desirable.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for helping organizations achieve operational excellence.
