About the role
We’re seeking a skilled optical assistant to join us in a brand-new, part-time role at Peek And Co. Opticians.

Key responsibilities
· Provide high quality dispensing services, guiding clients on frame selection, lenses and styling to match their individual needs
· Manage appointment bookings and general front-of-house duties
· Process orders, support stock control, and maintain accurate records in line with store processes
· Provide ongoing aftercare and adjustments to ensure clients eyewear maintains both fit and function
· Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional store environment.

Requirements
· Experienced Optical Assistant
· Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
· You have a passion for stylish, premium eyewear.
· Confident in delivering tailored styling advice to a fashion-conscious clientele
· A background in dispensing eyewear within a high-end optical environment is desirable
· An all-round team member willing to do high end dispensing as well as admin responsibilities and clinical support.
· A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
