Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Centre Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept in a pristine condition, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across various areas of the centre and carpark , including floors, windows, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance.
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by management.
- Secure and locking duties as required
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained consistently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled hours.
