Previous experience within property management, lettings or estate agency would be an advantage. However, we would also consider someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who has the right attitude and wants to develop a career within the property industry.

- Assisting with tenancy changes, renewals and move-outs
- Coordinating check-ins, check-outs and property access
- Assisting with deposits and end-of-tenancy matters
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
- Monitoring safety certificates and property compliance requirements
- Supporting the wider lettings and property management team
- General property management and office administration
What We're Looking For

- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at the same time

- Confident using email, Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Practical and solutions-focused
- Someone who takes responsibility and follows tasks through to completion
Experience within residential lettings, estate agency or property management would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate.
