ATL Fulfilment Ltd is a fast-growing third-party logistics and fulfilment company, providing warehousing and order fulfilment services for over 30 clients.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining the high standards expected by both ATL and our clients.
This is primarily a pick and pack role, with opportunities to support wider warehouse operations. Successful candidates will be adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working in both bulk storage areas and dedicated pick rooms.
Due to continued growth, this role offers excellent opportunities for motivated individuals to develop within the business.
Please note: Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is essential, particularly in high-volume pick and pack environments. The site is not served by public transport, so applicants must have their own transport, or be within walking or cycling distance. Occasional weekend working may be required on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume picking and packing of customer orders (150-200 orders per shift target)
- Ensuring accuracy of picked items and dispatch labels
- Checking orders and identifying errors before dispatch
- Supporting daily courier collections
- Handling, storing, and protecting client stock
- Loading and unloading deliveries and containers
- Reporting issues to Supervisors and Account Managers
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Undertaking general warehouse duties as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience
- High-volume pick and pack experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work at pace
Desirable
- Counterbalance and Reach Truck experience
- Basic computer skills
