DB Orthodontics is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, fast paced team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers handling enquiries, managing orders, and making sure every interaction reflects the high standards we’re known for.

What you’ll be doing:
- Processing and managing customer orders end to end, ensuring accuracy and timely communication throughout
- Responding to inbound calls and emails, resolving complex or escalated queries within agreed service levels
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer information, order history, and case notes
- Supporting the sales team with follow ups, quotations, and account management activities
- Liaising with warehouse, dispatch, and quality teams to monitor orders, resolve issues, and manage customer expectations
- Building product knowledge to confidently advise customers and support upselling where appropriate
- Contributing to reporting on customer service metrics and identifying areas for improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2B or product-based environment
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive, solutions focused approach to problem solving and complaint handling
- Experience using a CRM system and comfortable working with order management processes
- A team player who also works well independently and takes ownership of their workload
